Introduction
A few weeks ago, we discussed fresh ideas for putting those pesky and inevitable fabric scraps to good use. As long as we can remember, our mothers and grandmothers had plenty of fabric scraps tucked away waiting for the perfect opportunity to use them.
In the last several years, paper scraps have become just as much a fact of life as their traditional fabric counterparts. When scrapbooking and paper crafting took off in the 1990s, avid crafters began to enthusiastically buy patterned papers and cardstocks by the bundle, carefully saving the scraps to create cards and other projects. Besides cards, how can we use those treasured paper scraps in fresh ways?
